Hollerin’ Contest T-Shirt Quilt
If you haven’t heard of the Hollerin’ Contest in Spivey’s Corner, NC, then you have some North Carolina history to learn.
My customer, Sheila Frye, won that contest 10 times. As a result, she won trips to New York and had interviews with David Letterman and Steven Colbert. Her t-shirts were used to make this t-shirt quilt.
