I fell in love with the quilt pattern as soon as I saw it ing the quilting magazine. It reminded me of all of the beautiful colors in a sunset and I wanted to recreate that beauty.

I gathered all of my batik fabric and worked to get gradual color changes from the top left corner to the bottom right. When the quilt top was finished, all of the angles drew me to the quilting designs/pantographs with curves. I finally decided on the Oh My Feathers design.

It stitched out beautifully and I was very happy with the results.
